프리즘이 인케이스 아시아 총괄 디스트리뷰션을 시작한지 벌써 1년이란 시간이 흘렀다. 정기적으로 각 아시아 나라를 방문하고 시장조사 하는 것이 일이 되버렸다.. ㅎㅎ
이번 정기 아시아 투어 1번은 대만이다. 지난번엔 거의 백화점또는 한국에 명동처럼 널리 알려진 곳들을 방문했다면 이번에 좀더 골목 구석구석까지 스트릿 패션거리를 찾아가보았다.. 생각보다 깊고 규모가 큰 대만 젊은이 Culture에 한번 놀라고 또 놀랐다.. 우리나라보다 어쩌면 더 깊이가 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐정도였다..

Dumbfoundead recently sent us a new song inspired by the film “Up in the Air”, based on Walter Kirn’s book. The book is a great travel read and the song is great to bump on your headphones- until the airline attendant tells you to shut off all the electronics because she’s convinced your iPod will crash the plane.

The Seoul metropolitan government put in place the basic structure for the FIRST of THREE artificial floating islands on the river this Saturday.
“There are artificial islands in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, but they’re in addition to the actual natural islands in the area. Seoul’s Floating Islands are remarkable because they are completely man-made ones that will float on the river,” explained Kim Hyeong-keon, a city official involved in the project, according to JoongAng. “That’s why we’re not calling them artificial islands, we’re calling it the Floating Island.
“There already are artificial floating islands overseas similar to what Seoul is building now: Floating Garden in Rostock, Germany, and Mur Island [The Murinsel] in Graz, Austria. While the two artificial islands are relatively small and the purposes of the venues are limited, Seoul’s Floating island is big enough to serve multiple purposes.”
Those multiple purposes include international conventions, water sports activities, restaurants, performance, exhibitions and various cultural events.
